1. The service

BestTikTool provides a technical convenience: it fetches media files that TikTok already serves publicly and delivers them to your device. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, and may change or pause at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You may only download content you own or have the right holder's permission to save. You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded files. Reposting others' content without permission may infringe copyright law and TikTok's Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual property

All videos, images and sounds remain the property of their creators and/or TikTok. BestTikTool claims no rights over downloaded content and is not affiliated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

4. DMCA / takedown

Rights holders can send takedown notices via the Contact page. We respond within 24 hours. Note that we host no content: notices typically belong with the platform hosting the original post.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BestTikTool is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
